Had my furnace and air conditioner serviced today because of a leaking issue with the water from the second floor, and tech was quick to remedy the problem. And also helped with my thermostat.
Had a yearly maintenance check for our AC unit. Turns out the gardener had been unknowingly blowing dirt into our unit. He offered a great deal to clean it so it will run better again.

We found A Plus at Costco and set up a meeting. From the very start our contact with them was fantastic. Very professional salesperson but also just a really nice guy. We compared their prices to some other vendors in San Jose and they were much better.
Their back office was great at setting up a schedule for installation, and they also helped us with an overzealous city inspector and made sure we got through inspection.
A Plus definitely deserves an A+.
