But I’ve taken risk with an ombré which I absolutely loved & then years later went for a bleached peek-a-boo that I temporarily colored with color conditioners. Ana had always been very clear on what results I should expect & always put the overall health of my hair over getting immediate results (which would’ve resulted in damaged hair). She’s helped keep my hair healthy even with 2+ years of bleaching my very fine & delicate hair. I could not recommend her enough! Chelsea gave me the best haircut I have ever had!! She is sweet and thorough in her consultation and she tells you what she is doing while cutting your hair!! I trusted Chelsea with my new wolf cut, but since it was such a drastic cut for me it was nice to hear what she was doing and why. She took the time after the cut to go through the new style and make sure there were not any changes that I may have wanted.

Visited Montanya Spa again with my friend Becky yesterday, and it is still all five stars. This is a tucked away gem next to the Bower Museum in Santa Ana; however, you feel like you're in a retreat-like setting elsewhere. The owner, Tanya, and staff have done a good job maintaining a smaller, intimate, exclusive setting, and it is appreciated. We did a half-day package with lunch. Both Celeste (body practitioner and masseuse) and Katherine (esthetician) were amazing. Very skilled and also educated in their disciplines, including products. My skin is still glowing a day later, and I slept better than I have all year, given my relaxing massage, body scrub, and reflexology. The entire staff is welcoming and accomodating, including their mascot dog, Zoey, and very accommodating. We finished off our treatments with a delicious lunch and a visit to the boutique for a body balm. Do pay to park in the Bowers lot as it is only $6 for the entire day, and you walk next door to the spa. They have a few spots on the premises, but it was easier to park in the lot. I only wish it were closer, as I would take a membership, but I will return regardless. Thank you to all for making our much-needed day of relaxation even better!

If you want your lashes done fast… come here. I was used to a 2-3 hour nap but never had the time. Hailey did my set in like 45-1 hour. Loved it. Great quality and talent ???? when I need my lashes I always come here.

They send coupons in the mail, so I gave them a call when our pipes backed up. They were friendly and readily available to come out for a free quote. I met with Ismael, who was very professional, and I didn't feel pressured at all. He and manager John matched a competitors price to get the business, which I really appreciated. Ismael was able to complete the job then and there - a hydro jet service to clear the pipes. Got us back up and running in no time!
Very impressed with professionalism and responsiveness - there was not a moment where we were left in the dark about what to expect next. We had a pinhole leak during afterhours and contacted several plumbers who dragged their feet getting back to us. Orange Coast sensed our urgency and connected us with Bobby help us shut off the water in our unit. Scheduling was easy and they contacted us when they had a last minute cancellation and could fit us into their schedule for a next day inspection and repair from Colton. Colton was able to identify the source of the leak with just his ear and some moisture reading tools, the repair was done in less than an hour.
Earlier this year we repiped the house with Creative Repipe. The whole process was as smooth as it could possibly be, from sitting with the sales person and getting a lot of good information about how the job will happen, the materials to be used, getting a quote, to the actual work having a well organized crew completing the job in just one day. After being quoted $700 to replace our thermocouple and thermostat (ouch), we decided to get a second opinion and called Rasco Plumbing. Enter Tomas — calm, collected, and clearly blessed with plumbing superpowers.
He arrived, gave the wires a gentle tightening, attempted to reignite the heater and… voilà! Hot water was back, just like that! No replacements, no fuss — and most incredibly, no charge. We were ready to hand over our life savings, and he wouldn’t even take a penny.
Tomas not only saved us $700, but also rescued us from the icy horrors of cold showers. We truly couldn’t be more grateful.

We just moved into our new build home about 2 months ago and haven't ran into any major issues which is a great news! Until we ran our dishwasher for the first time and noticed water spewing out of the air gap near the sink head on our countertop. Being a first time home owner, I had no clue what the issue was so I obviously panicked and started looking up trouble shoots on YouTube. Checked the air gap and didn't seem to find any clog my next thought was that it had to be the plumbing issue and didn't want to mess with that since all our appliances were still under warranty. Instantly called our builders and right away they issued up a work order which came the next day. Andres gave me a call 15 minutes prior to arrival which was great because it gave me enough time to clear some space for him. He was very proactive and I knew right away that he was knowledgeable about the situation. In just a minute or 2 he already found the issue which was one of our tubes was all kinked up. He then replaced our tube with a new one, ran the dishwasher making sure no water overflowed out of our air gap and checked for any leaks under the sink which there wasn't. I hope Andres from the LA county Sterling Plumbing team gets recognized because his professionalism is definitely on point. We feel that we got 100% value from this service and highly recommend using Sterling Plumbing.
We woke up one morning with a large pool of water on the kitchen floor, and it seemed to be a slab leak from the kitchen island sink area, which could be the worst nightmare for any homeowner. So we contacted a local plumber to come over immediately to isolate the broken pipe and were advised to look into epoxy lining as it could be the most economical, reliable and long-lasting option to repair a slab leak without jack-hammering the floor or tearing down drywalls to reroute the pipe(s).
After scouring through numerous online reviews, we decided to go with Pipeline Restoration Plumbing based on the positive homeowner reviews left on YELP, and by the very competitive pricing and lifetime warranty (to the original owner service purchaser) that this company would offer. Overall, we were very happy with the service that we received, from Audrey who called and gave us an initial estimate that was under $1600 based on the description that we provided, to Matt and Jose who came to our home the next two days to perform the epoxy lining repair. A few things that have stood out over the years:+ Communication has always been great. I get a text notifying me when the cleaning crew is on the way and when to expect them. Whenever I reach out via text, I've always received prompt responses.+ Annie has been friendly and professional since the first day. Not only does she try to understand and check my preferences, she lets me know what solutions work or not work well, ensuring the health of my family members who have allergies. Annie always wants me to check each room after she finishes and would clean until my satisfaction.+ Pricing has increased compared to 2 years ago but the increase is reasonable considering the inflation.+ I also appreciate that Maid In Orange is bonded and insured. One time a cleaner broke a burner grate. They replaced it without any issues.I love that whenever Annie and her team come, they leave my house feeling fresh, comfortable and inviting.Previous review in 2022:I test used Maid in Orange for a deep house cleaning (4BR 4.5B, 3000sqft) 3 weeks ago. Best cleaning company I have come in contact with thus far! I own numerous short term rental properties with all 5 star reviews, our number one being cleanliness. So trying to find cleaners who will uphold the same cleanliness standard as myself and what my guests expect, is really hard to find these days. But elite maids has exceeded all our expectations. Jacob, who is one of the owners, has especially set the tone. He has the best work ethic and you can tell they try to implement that into their teams. I'm so grateful I found Jacob/elite maids because I was so close to shutting down my Airbnb's. I recently had Garage Experts do the epoxy flooring in my garage and I couldn’t be happier. They literally transformed my garage into a classy room! I was particularly impressed with how quickly Drew managed to get me on the schedule since he knew I wanted it done for an upcoming party. Sergio with Garage Experts did a great job in carefully putting a few minor items from garage to the side and finishing the epoxy flooring within a few hours. From beginning to finish, we had a great experience with FDC. We were referred to FDC by our General Contractor. We were introduced to Edmon by appointment and took great care of us through the patient process of picking out samples and tips on moving them to different rooms throughout the home to get the proper and different lighting. We took our time determining which Engineered Hardwood flooring would work for us and Edmon was always available to answer questions. We made our choice and installation was scheduled within two weeks. We got a call before the installation that they wanted to demo a couple of days early. The installers were very professional in that we had a lot of furniture and lose items still around the house and we were able to move items freely from one portion of the house to the other and our garage was also filled. Edmon showed up at our place because we were not sure of which direction to have the run of the planks to go. We came up with the solution which made us both happy. A last minute issue came up with the transitions to the bathroom tile which Edmon came up with a transition strip that matched out wood floor perfectly and looks great. The installers also installed new baseboards of our choosing and add extra character to the room.Once installation was fully completed. We had a final visit from Edmon to our home which he inspected and answered our questions about cleaning and maintenance. We are so glad we went with FDC, especially in this post-pandemic times, in that the price and service were excellent.

We have a 20 year old entry way to kitchen Brazilian Cherrywood floor that was looking awful. We thought we needed to replace but I found Specialized Surfaces and contacted them for an appt and Tom the owner was amazing and the crew he sent was incredible. I knew when I saw 3 men hand sanding our floor it would look great in the end which is what happened. Tom suggested to put a satin sheen on the floor instead of the original gloss coat. I didn't know how it would look but it turned out amazing and as Tom said, it will be so much easier to take care of and hides everything. Will absolutely recommend Tom and his company to friends who need something done to their flooring.
Awesome customer service. Called to follow up later on if I had any questions about my samples. Not a huge amount of selection for vynil but think that's how they keep the prices low. Super competitive pricing and great quality. The turf on the other hand have a good selection and you think I just want the one that feels like grass. My only complaint is you can't pick up on Saturday. But minor issue when you're saving over 30 cents a square foot.

I reached out to MFK to repair my deck, and while I ended up not working with them, their communication with and commitment to their clients is amazing. Mitch was detailed, honest, and never pushy. His father seems to have a lot of knowledge and experience with decks and didn't push for things we didn't need. They made an effort to get our project into their pipeline, but due to time constraints they let me know they wouldn't be able to take on my project (the timeline was my fault as I delayed in getting back to them and by then I was a bit stuck). But by doing this they demonstrated that they weren't willing to compromise on my project and also didn't want to neglect prior commitments to their established clients. If you're looking for a company that won't overpromise and underdeliver, MFK seems to be the one.
I fully recommend Balleza Painting to complete ANY of your painting needs! We bought a new house and Israel was recommended to us by the previous homeowners, so we asked him to paint the interior of our house. Israel and his crew were able to come out within a week of asking, completed the job in one day, and were extremely professional and clean. We asked them to come back the next day to paint the interior of garage and stain our hand railings and it looks amazing! We plan to use them in the future for the exterior of our home. Like I said, FULLY recommend!

We read a funny review that said if you were looking at yelp for recommendations on a backyard contractor/landscaper, you didn't get any good recommendations from your friends and family. In our case, this was partially true. We got around 3-4 quotes from qualified contractors/landscapers, and a recommendation from family. The 3-4 quotes from qualified contractors/landscapers were a joke; one quoted something like 60% above the verbal estimate, the other stopped responding when we had a few snowball questions on the estimate, and one literally told us to put plants on top of a concrete foundation. I think what he meant was to let some weeds grow in between the pavers. Lastly, the worst was the family recommendation, which you'd think would not be the case. Not all was lost, however, since some design ideas from discussing with the first few contractors filtered into our final design for our backyard, which I would recommend if you are the DIY type on coming up with a landscape design. We made an appointment with Will to come by to discuss. He was prompt, courteous and made a real effort to get to know us and hear out our ideas/plans while making some light recommendations of his own. It also helped that their bid was within our budget and very competitive. When we were close to pulling the trigger on selecting CCC, we noticed a discrepancy on licensing that we needed clarified. Will did no hesitate to put us in touch with Chris, the owner, who clarified what we noticed immediately, and appreciated the forthrightness. We were put on the list to begin 3-4 weeks after signing and making the deposit payment. Sean was assigned as our PM and we were glad we got him. Not only was he on top of every aspect of the project, but he steered us into making some better decisions, and ultimately, save us a little money in the process. Texts, emails, etc were all returned very fast, and I didn't ever feel like I was chasing Sean or CCC to get anything done (which seems to be a common thing in many contractor/landscaper reviews I read). Some notable things that I'll highlight during the process and in closing the project out were: - That CCC started and ended mostly on time. - That CCC allowed us to use our own design, help refine it through suggestions, and didn't try and take any shortcuts with what we wanted. - That CCC was flexible in allowing us to choose some of the materials (pavers, lighting) and did not limit our options. - That CCC worked w/ us to add or remove line items, well after the contract was signed, to allow flexibility in the project for things we did not use or things we needed that we didn't factor in. - That CCC provided written contract changes, or agreed through emails, etc when changes did occur to keep the paperwork straight, so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings later. - When there was a mistake made in the pricing of one of the contract line items, that was in our favor, CCC honored the price agreed and did not try and upcharge me for the difference. - That CCC cleaned up, put away, and were generally consummate professionals while onsite. We love our backyard, and we are very glad we went with CCC in the end. One other thing also: these guys do massive, large dollar value jobs. But they also did ours, and they didn't look down on us or treat us any differently than the million dollar jobs they may have been working at the same time. Now, that's respect and commitment. I would recommend Chris, Sean and the CCC team for any job, big or small, and they would be the first ones we'd call if we have future home improvement projects. Thanks again guys. Side note: Don't be a Danielle Downer below, and be realistic on what can and can't be done, especially given timelines around holidays. Dr. Brian Vu was my dentist. It was my first time having dental work for my teeth in this office. I was very happy with the results. He changed 2 caps and performed a root canal in one visit. He was a very skilled dentist. His work was gentle and he was very knowledgeable throughout his explanations of what to expect after the work was done. He applied novacaine slowly and with care. Highly recommended.

Northgate dental is the best dental office in town and surrounding areas! Doctor Park is truly amazing, professional Doctor. I know her for about ten years, even before she had her office in Santa Ana. It is quite bit far for me, takes about two hours, one way, to come for a visit, but even if she would be in San Francisco I would find the way to come to her and only her. I have had experience with different dentists, but no one that professional and caring as Doctor Park.Office stuff are very-very kind, professional, and positive people.

My little girl been sick for a while wasn’t sure what was wrong with her found out since she in the older stage rabbits usually get unbelievably sick. & in the bill in the end wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. I needed an affordable place & found one. The only thing that was bit on the pricey side was the X-ray which made sense. Dr called in next two days to check up how my girl was doing & to give me updates on the X-ray. Recommend if she still needs medication to come back & refill them. I’m absolutely coming back with my other bunnies for a check up as well for them ??????
This grooming shop offers very reasonable prices. it’s hard to find grooming services at this rate these days. Just keep in mind that it's cash only.
The grooming quality seems above average. For the price, it's definitely not bad. As long as my dog comes home safe and without any injuries, I don’t mind if the haircut is a little less detailed. They trim the nails well and take good care of the basics like ears and anal glands.
I walked by this place and asked about their service, Alejandro was friendly and helped us with getting an appointment for my dog. I am very pleased with the results. Very good haircut, clean and great grooming all over. Cookie was happy when I picked her up, not scared at all.
Keily is very gentle, and her massage technique is gentle and powerful. I will come to her next time!
An absolutely amazing massage. Lina is one of the best massage therapist I have worked with. Lina combines pressure points, Swedish massage and stretches as required for your situation. I highly recommend her.

I really like this new spa. The massage girls Cici, Eva and Dondon are pretty and very talented with their hands and elbows. I got a full hour body massage for only $40 and was given a small bottle of water and a hug upon exit. Very Happy! For sure I will return soon!

Wow. I ran a half marathon yesterday that basically destroyed my whole lower body. But I just spend 60 minutes under the divine feet and elbows of Amber, and voila! Reborn. This place is amazing, I can't wait to come back for another Thai massage.

Fit me in last minute for a 30 minute deep tissue massage. She went a little bit extra. Definitely bring cash for tips. It's preferred. I have been diagnosed with Lupus since February of this year 2024, I started going to Dr. Yunki Li in March, I arrived with her with little mobility in my body since my joints were severely inflamed, at night the pain was stronger, I did not sleep Well, my concentration was not the best, I forgot things very easily and I had a hard time concentrating. Today my body is better, it is reducing inflammation little by little, I sleep better, my concentration is not the best but I am not like before that I struggled to remember. I recommend that you go to Dr. Yunki Li and follow her treatment.

Dr. Shu healed me for 3 separate times. One time it was my right leg, the second time it was my left leg. 3rd time it was my upper right shoulder. Our entire family and friends all go to him whenver we are in pain. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for myself and my family.
Dr. Park provides quality care the moment you step into her office. You're greeted kindly by her staff, and in a timely manor. Dr. Park is attentive, kind, and has years of experience, and it is evident because when I leave I feel relaxed and in less pain. I am also a believer in red light therapy and the benefits it provides, and I enjoy my entire acupuncture sessions, they are warm, relaxing and something I look forward to! Highly recommend.
