I had a HydraFacial for the first time ever and it was at Downtown Sugar with Alena. It was AMAZING! It was relaxing and effective. My skin was glowing and clear for the next few days after! I got a lot of compliments on how good my skin looked! Alena was so nice and she gave me great advice on my skin. She helped me pick out some products and I bought the DMK Herb & Mineral Spray and the DMK oil! They are so soothing to my skin and my redness has gone down! Thank you Downtown Sugar! ?

The customer service is wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. It's a great place to pamper yourself, feel your best, and learn more about self-care.Ana does amazing facials and lash lifts.Connie is the best for sugar wax! Everyone is truly great at Downtown Sugar. The decor is cute, has chill music, clean, and is well put together.

This is now my go to place for sugaring treatment! I love that it is located in Santa Ana. Every technician here is very nice and professional. I have never had a bad experience in my two years of coming here. Booking appointments is very easy with their website. If you are looking to start sugaring I would highly recommend downtown sugar.
