MFK Construction just completed waterproof the back wall of our home. From our first meeting with Mitchel and Martin we knew we had picked the right company. Communication was outstanding with care taken each step to make sure I was satisfied. Work was started on time and completely in a timely manor. They offer an array of tradesmen work at an affordable and reasonable price and they deliver high-end craftsmanship. They are extremely professional, proficient, timely, and considerate. They start by describing exactly what they will be doing, the timeline, and cleaning up the construction site.I spoke with Mitch personally and he is kind, friendly, professional, full of experience in construction, and very compassionate about his work and ethic. After 22 years, our deck was starting to show damage spots. Another company was giving me this huge estimate about having to redo the whole thing but Mitch told us that they can simply replace the damaged spots and just the seal the surface to cover the whole area. His estimates were extremely reasonable and the finished deck looks brand new!Mitch was very responsive to my texts, he described exactly what was going to be done and the crew did exactly that. They were courteous, prompt, pleasant and left my property spotless.They take responsibility for their work and after care is excellent. All this for what I thought was a reasonable price.
