Our contractor Roman Restoration purchased Garrison Exotics Collection - Acacia Natural flooring from these folks for our flooring project -- we had our entire first floor and stairwell/landings replaced. We really like the texture, colors and finish of this flooring -- especially the minor distressing and natural color variation. RR provided us with samples of this and other flooring from OMP and we were pleased with our choice from OMP. Below for reference is my review for RR showing the Garrison flooring purchased from OMP. Let me start by saying that this place is RAD. A Warehouse belonging to a hardwood floor manufacturer, Garrison flooring. What's unique is they have have a ton of trim, t molding , casing, stair nose and other pieces. I also purchased a whole WOCA Wood Oil Set to refinish my existing floors. but honestly they didnt really know anything about the product and it didn't work out in the end. also the rep that they had for the store never called back and was totally not even there I don't think I should sell woke anymore that was a waste of my thousand bucks. Thank you Old Master Products for giving me great service for over 20 years that I've been dealing with you. I've been dealing with the Santa Ana warehouse since they opened and have always received great service, wonderful staff, everytime I walk in there I feel like I'm with friends, they take really good care of me. My rep goes out of his way to take care of my needs. I've have sold and installed tons Garrison products, very good fit and finish. Thanks Old Masters and Garrison.
