I was terrified going into my wax appointment but everyone was so kind and made it an easy experience. Hope was incredible! She was kind and walked me through everything. It was as painless as it could be! I am so happy and grateful for Hope! I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to this location for nearly six years. I’ve move away and tried other locations but always ended up coming back to the Santa Ana one. The staff is so welcoming and does a great job. I’ve been going to Rita for awhile now and I cannot rave about her enough!!!!!! She’s great. I always leave beyond satisfied with the results. She keeps up with my nonstop talking and genuinely remembers some of our previous convos. She’s the main reason I kept traveling back to this location.Services: Body waxing

Mayra is the absolute BEST, and the wonderful ladies at the front desk are aways so nice & helpful. I've been coming here for about 8 or 9 months now (started going when I was pregnant & had the best 1st experience then). Highly recommended Mayra & this location. They have great packages also for frequent flyers like myself.The first time I went I was SO nervous as I had never been waxed before & Mayra helped me feel so comfortable and made conversation with me to keep my mind off the initial shock.
