I had a leak under my house & was unable to get into the crawl space to investigate it. Our technician (Rudy Zamora) and his assistant were prompt, courteous and informative while performing their inspection and providing a recommendation for corrective measures. The were covered in mud and dirt from performing their work and remained cheerful and even joked about their appearance..."it all comes with the job".I'll definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to friends and family for any plumbing needs. ??Update - unrelated to the incident above, we encountered water loss at our home. Ismael and his partner were very polite and professional. Ismael went the extra mile to see if he could do the repair without opening up any walls. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing problems
