I replaced my floors with them twice (first, my upstairs area and then my downstairs area to beautify them and make them match. First of all, I did an extensive research (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc) and Tustin Carpet came back much better money wise, comparing apples to apples in quality. But the most important part was the customer service: sales and installation (installation crew 10/10, if not more) made the difference: transparent, reliable and friendly.
I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Duke is knowledgeable, thorough, professional and friendly. Chris in the showroom (…showroom is well organized with a vast array of samples) is also very professional and helpful. Duke’s installers Hermando & John couldn’t have been more conscientious, polite, and tidy. There was no mess and they moved our furniture without issue and placed it back in the exact same spots.
