Brad has installed 4 fans and installed an exterior floodlight camera. He had great customer service and was professional. He is meticulous and gave the best prices. He’s my go to electrician, very trustworthy. He even came for an emergency near Christmas. He was concerned for my family because our heater lost electrical power. Brad came immediately even though it was later in the night. He was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem and even called Edison because it was on the city’s end. Brad has installed 4 fans and installed an exterior floodlight camera. He had great customer service and was professional. He is meticulous and gave the best prices. He's my go to electrician, very trustworthy. He even came for an emergency near Christmas. He was concerned for my family because our heater lost electrical power. Brad came immediately even though it was later in the night. He was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem and even called Edison because it was on the city's end. Brad showed up on time and spent a good deal of time trying to resolve why my hard wired internet connection was not working in my office. Despite contacting COX cable multiple times and having three technicians not be able to figure out the problem, Brad (an electrician) was able to determine that not only does COX not train their techs correctly, but provided an easy solution that fixed the problem. My home is new and totally wired with CAT running all through the house, yet COX told me several times that I had to hire a low voltage electrician to wire the house with CAT.
