Jose (and another worker) installed my toilet. During my consultation, Jose knew it would be a bit harder to replace my toilet due to its placement in my bathroom and the size of the old toilet, but he was willing to work with me and quoted me a fair price. He answered my questions with ease, which showed his knowledge and care. After installation, I needed further help with the toilet, and he came back the next day, no charge.
