I’m sure that Roberto’s is a great shop, but there was absolutely no parking anywhere within the 4 surrounding blocks. Ever since the city tore the DT streets up (several years), all of the businesses have been impossible to get to. 😵‍💫

Walked in to talk with Roberto about a repairing a pair of shoes. This being in a western store, an employee asked if I needed help, I said no that I’m going just around the corner. When I did see anyone, I then asked the same guy if Roberto was in, to which he said he is Roberto. I was like you’re the guy I want to talk to. His reply, I don’t want to talk with you. I stated that that was a bad attitude to have when a person is wanting to give you business. Needless to say, I walked out.

My fiancee's Bates tac boots had the soles disintegrating on both. Took them to several places who said impossible to repair. Took them here, they were not only resoled in 3 weeks, as promised, the finished product looked better than they did when they were new!
