I wanted a personal trainer at a place that I enjoyed being at and felt comfortable even though I am not a gym-goer. I feel like I got really lucky finding Built Different. Not only is my trainer helping me get strong and stop having back pain, he's helping my FIL, who has Parkinson's, work on his strength and energy and coordination. Jonny will meet you wherever you're at and give you the tools to get where you want to go.
I switched from going to a regular gym to built different just earlier this year and I can definitely feel what a difference it is. Built Different is a little smaller than your average gym but since it is more of a private and sleek gym there are more open machines which helps you have a more effective work out instead of waiting around for something to open. The atmosphere is dark and can be intimating for a first-timer but they also play really good music and everyone is welcoming from the clients to the trainers.

This place is great! I've been coming for months and it has been the best experience I've had going to a gym. Trainer Zebulun is awesome! He takes the time to make each workout challenging but feasible. There is constant communication about the process, and he always listens and adapts workouts if needed. I can count on him to look out for my safety and progression.
