“We had a new HVAC system installed in 2020, and since it was installed the heater rarely worked--the original installer couldn't figure it out, nor could 3 other HVAC companies we had look at it over the years. Apparently our furnace is an Ultra-Low Nox system and they're very finicky. Urso Air was recommended to us and the person on the phone was very knowledgeable about these systems and sent Ryan out to take a look. He identified the issue, replaced a part under its warranty and now our heater works. Ryan and the folks at the office were professional, easy to talk to and engage with, which is rare these days. We are extremely satisfied with their work and will call them in the future if we need more help with our temperamental furnace!“

“27 years ago we managed to buy the only wood house in our Franklin, TN neighborhood. It is now almost 50 years old. Need I say more? Cyril and Jimmy were very helpful, they take the time to explain the work they are doing. “With the warmer weather, we switched to AC mode for the first time after installing our new HVAC system by 74 degrees. Unfortunately, the air out of the vents was not cool. Flavio was assigned to come to troubleshoot and repair our AC. He was very methodical in checking out various aspects and through his expertise, he found that our condensate drain was clogged. As a result, the safety switch shut down the cooling operation. He quickly unclogged the drains and meticulously cleaned it out, and our system was up and running!
