I had a new heating and air conditioning system installed in my townhouse condo. L & R were considerate to my HOA rules and regulations. I was worried of the installers being in the way of neighbors because it involved using a crane, since I had a rooftop unit installed. They were on time and efficient not to block any entrances or driveways. I am thrilled with the installation and top notch service. L&R got the job done!!!! Sherrie L.

I am so pleased with the great service L & R has provided to me over many years. They have installed and serviced my furnace and air conditioning and I have recommended them to neighbors and friends who thank me because they also appreciate the honest and extremely competent work that they have received. More than a year ago, one of my neighbors asked me for a referral because they had an estimate of work from another company and wanted to compare pricing. Just came back from work to an air-conditioned home! Thank you L&R for fixing the issue while I had to be at work and anxiously thinking of how my husband will deal with it especially after having an incompetent service guy charging us $475. (read my recent review on him if you want to make sure you don't call him). My husband told me that the tech person from L&R was nice and professional. He spotted that our AC unit was very low on refrigerant so he added it (exactly the same thing the other guy "did" 2 weeks ago).
