Our 10 year old heater broke down for good. We were hoping to just repair it but parts are expensive. We opted to buy a new heater. We are happy with the installation, heater, and customer service at NexGen. In fact, we are happy with every employee that we have come into contact with at NexGen, from the office staff to the installers. I highly recommend this company.
Just an all around great experience. Our hvac furnace wasn't lighting. Another company tried replacing the surface ignitor and the flame sensor not no avail. We thought it was hopeless and might need a new unit. Patrick H showed up friendly and professional as ever. Was respectful around the house, covered his work boots whenever inside, and just had a great attitude. Patrick read the error code to reveal the issue was a stuck pressure switch. He unclogged the tube leading to the switch and bam. After a 20 minute visit, the system was heating again! Quick fix from a super pro. I'm glad I made the call. Thanks guys!
Technicians Kevin and Andrew arrived at our house within an hour of our call. The gas leak was evaluated by pressure testing, observation and mapping of the property. The source of the leak was found quickly and other possible problem areas evaluated. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals who not only repaired the original problem but contacted the Gas Company to expedite the return of gas services to the property.
