NexGen HVAC & Plumbing

NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is the leading HVAC company in Southern California, known for its exceptional service and expertise. Founded 15 years ago by a young and ambitious HVAC technician, the company has expanded to 7 locations across the region, serving customers with dedicated efforts. Recently, customers have highlighted the company's quick and efficient service, with technicians arriving promptly to inspect and repair systems. For example, one team came in one day to inspect an older system leaking A/C condensation and installed a new unit the next day, leaving the area clean afterward.

Gil, one of the team members, provided a professional presentation of the HVAC system during the consultation and estimate, showing excellent customer service and understanding of concerns. Technician Jose was praised for his knowledge, not only recommending necessary items for an outdated AC unit but also discovering a potentially hazardous electrical breaker that could have caused a house fire. Customers appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful the technicians are, especially when replacing whole HVAC systems, which can be stressful. One customer noted that Jose was super patient and very helpful during the process.

Overall, NexGen HVAC & Plumbing continues to be the go-to choice for HVAC services in Southern California, earning a strong reputation for customer satisfaction through professionalism, quick service, and attention to detail.
