“We had such a good experience with Rusher AC after almost getting ripped off by another company. John was our tech and he was seriously the nicest guy - took his time to actually figure out what was wrong instead of just trying to sell us expensive stuff we didn't need.

Long story short, another company tried to charge us over $800 to replace our whole condensate pump. John came out, shot the situation, and realized we just needed a new exhaust tube.
