“We had a water leak coming from our ceiling and called Arctic Plumbing early Saturday morning. Even though it was the weekend, they responded quickly and came out right away.
Joseph was our plumber, and he was outstanding. He quickly identified the source of the leak, clearly explained what was going on, and completed the repair efficiently. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
What we appreciated even more was that after finishing the repair, he made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly. He left the area neat and tidy, which really showed his attention to detail and respect for our home.

“The best! Honest, experienced and they just fix AC for a reasonable price. Josh, the owner, is great! My AC in my condo stopped working on Labor Day. Ambiant was booked up but Josh said give me a few days and will get there. Understood he was buried so called another company. They said 1 hour and $1000. Two days later still not fixed and they said I needed to spend $2000 more or just get a new one for $11000. All of a sudden the second day they were there they said a circuit board is melted. Yes because they fried it the day before. Called Josh and said help. Gary came out, great guy, in 1 hour for $350 it was fixed and he said it will last a lot longer. Do not call anyone without checking with Ambient Air in Hawthorne. Honest, experienced and that is rare today. Just call Josh. Thanks guys!“
