“My air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Air Tech 24 scheduled a technician for the very next morning (arrival window between 9 am and 12 noon). The technician arrived at 9:01 am. He immediately diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and replaced it using one from his vehicle. He also informed me of their annual service recommendation plus a couple other additions to the system he recommended. Very friendly and not pushy about the add-ons. Two years ago, Steve replaced our outdoor fan motor and high voltage absorption capacitor, prolonging the life of our ac unit until this week. Our 17-year-old ac unit stopped working on Monday, Steve came out Tuesday and gave us estimates within the hour of replacing our unit (the compressor was broken), and today (Saturday) our new unit is being set up! Considering it's the middle of summer, I'm super grateful that things moved so smoothly.I thank Steve for his great communication and hard work in the heat all day Saturday!
