Annual Maintenance- Always professional.

I’ve been using P&M Mechanical for many years, at two properties. I’ve been very satisfied with their services. They’ve kept two older air conditioning units and furnaces working well past their expiration dates. Their employees are very professional and courteous, and explain any needed repairs in easy to understand terms. They must be good employers too, as they retain their service technicians for many years. I always feel their recommendations to be honest, and prices reasonable. P&M Mechanical, Michelle (front office), Edwin (technician) are excellent. Very friendly, flexible, proactive, and solves the problem. They are busy, which is a good sign, but they worked to move my appointment up. Highly recommend going with them.
