A few days after an initial visit from a technician, we learned our whole HVAC unit was on its last leg. It was over 40 years old. We decided to replace the whole unit and have no regret. Juan Alcala and his crew came on location the first day and handled everything with a very high level of professionalism. He answered all my questions and kept me appraised of the progress throughout the day. He and his crew had to come back the following day to troubleshoot an electrical issue that required relocating the thermostat. Though the issue was resolved promptly, it left a hole in the wall. Cloud Comfort scheduled the patch job promptly and two days later, it was fixed. We’re very satisfied with the entire team at Cloud Comfort!! I will hire their services for the next scheduled maintenance because I trust their work.
