“Everyone at this location was so kind. I had a leak in my roof during the storms and wanted to quickly get dehumidifiers set up to dry out the wall. They helped me select the correct ones and gave me advice about the whole situation. They gave me a good deal and helped load and deliver the dehumidifiers after seeing the small car arrived in. Specials thanks to David his help and expertise, but everyone else on his team was amazing as well.“

Andreas V showed up on time. He was professional and super knowledgeable about solving my water heater problem. He showed up at 4:00 pm on a Friday. I thought it was a 2 hour fix. It ended up to be a 7 hour fix. He worked hard and efficiently the entire time! He explained the problem, showed me pictures of what was causing the issues, provided me with multiple options to resolve the issue, and was not pushy about making the biggest sale. Andreas' work was clean, professional, and well done.

The money I paid was more than I anticipated (isn't it always?!) - but it was well worth the money spent. I'm glad I called Drain Right. “We had a new HVAC system installed in 2020, and since it was installed the heater rarely worked--the original installer couldn't figure it out, nor could 3 other HVAC companies we had look at it over the years. Apparently our furnace is an Ultra-Low Nox system and they're very finicky. Urso Air was recommended to us and the person on the phone was very knowledgeable about these systems and sent Ryan out to take a look. He identified the issue, replaced a part under its warranty and now our heater works. Ryan and the folks at the office were professional, easy to talk to and engage with, which is rare these days. We are extremely satisfied with their work and will call them in the future if we need more help with our temperamental furnace!“

“They came out and checked out the issue and explained what the fix would be and an estimate of the cost (at a very reasonable cost which is deducted if they do the work). When they came out to do the fix the repair person went over the issue and what will be done to make the fix. After the fix was done a lot of testing was done to make sure everything worked and the system was correctly calibrated.“
