“My air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. Air Tech 24 scheduled a technician for the very next morning (arrival window between 9 am and 12 noon). The technician arrived at 9:01 am. He immediately diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and replaced it using one from his vehicle. He also informed me of their annual service recommendation plus a couple other additions to the system he recommended. Very friendly and not pushy about the add-ons. “We found Joseph through Google and we've used him twice. He resolved a serious problem where our sump pump had stopped working causing water to collect and spread to multiple rooms in the house. He also blew out debris from the pipes to enable the sump pump to work properly. On time, stays until the job is done, and is just a phone call away. “Rented a dehumidifier from this location of this company and they were so nice and accommodating. I wasn't going to make it to pick up the rental before they closed- their manager, Anthony, stayed a little late so I could make it in time. Their prices were reasonable and the manager loaded up a bag of "swag" for my kids. I made a mistake about the return date and they didn't charge me extra and were gracious again. Overall great experience so I wanted to make sure to write them a positive review! Would definitely rent from them again should any needs arise“
