“I cannot say enough about Dana Lynn at the rehab unit in Escondido. She may be a newer therapist, but she is by far one of the most knowledgeable and attentive OT therapists I’ve ever met. Over the past year, I’ve seen countless doctors and specialists, gone to many appointments, and no one was able to truly pinpoint the source of my pain. Most just brushed me off.

“I have been doing the Rolfing 11 series with Nathalie and she is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and fascia. She is always traveling places to continue her studies. The Rolfing has helped with pain in my jaw, neck, shoulders and back from years of sitting behind a computer and it has helped my posture. I had been told that Rolfing was painful, but that is not what I have experienced. Nathalie sends me videos with exercises that I can do to strength train to help with my shoulder and other pains. I used to get deep tissue massages regularly and no longer need to get those. I would highly recommend Rolfing Encinitas to anyone in pain looking for relief.“

“Cristy is a miracle worker! I had a complex surgery on my arm and hand that after a few months of rehabilitation therapy I still had little movement and lots of swelling. My surgeon suggested lymphatic drainage massage, so I found Cristy's clinic online. At my first appointment, she did a thorough assessment of my posture and physical limitations. She recommended myofacia release therapy and spent 90 minutes doing amazing stretching type movements (much more complicated then that but hard to describe.) She can feel the scar tissue releasing with her movements. By the end of one session I had about 30% more range of motion and my pain and swelling decreased significantly. I have seen her two more times since and I look forward to the visits because I always feel so much better and encouraged that I may regain full function of my hand. My occupational therapist and surgeon both are so impressed with the difference in my recovery with Cristy's therapy! I highly recommend her services!“
