I have a small curve in my spine and was experiencing some acute mid-back pain when my primary care doctor referred me to SpineZone. I worked with Christy McClain, MPT. Christy is highly knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and so personable. She and Erin were an awesome care team. I was referred to Spine Zone by my Physician after I had a L4-L5 herniated disc and sciatica which resulted in severe low back pain, weakness in my right leg, and foot drop. My orthopedic surgeon suggested immediate surgery to relieve the pinched nerve and associated complications. But I was not convinced I need surgery and wanted to do Physical Therapy first!
My husband highly recommended Dr. Sana at Spine Zone Rancho Bernardo clinic, who has helped him found relief from chronic neck pain.
