I called to inquire about being a patient by one to their internal medicine Dr. and was met with attitude. I’m very sick and had to fire my last primary care office and now my care team needs me to be with an Internal med Dr. due to the severity of my illnesses. The receptionists need some training on how to show kindness and compassion to those calling for help.
Listens to every word! Spends the time to get the whole picture of what is wrong. You can't go wrong when you pick any of the Doctors in this group. Male or female, head of staff or newcomer, all have what it takes to help you out medically, and emotionally if that's what you need a little of. Overall, they are there for you in the truest since of the words.
