Except when many appointments are made so closed to each other, sometimes appointments are scheduled at the same time for different patients and the wait is 1 hour for us to see the doctor with appointment. “Pro: Friendly Efficient Courteous Technicians are competent Con: No map in building lobby ADA: A This is for injection(s) and/or transfusion therapy. It is located on the 3rd floor of this medical plaza. Far west end of the building. There is an elevator on their end of the building, right as you exit/enter. So don't go up main entrance. All entrances are ADA accessible, but far right(west side) has only 2 ADA spots. Courteous, kind and attentive. These Technicians show you the (Wilma, Jacob, Valerie(out of AZ)) in and ours of what needs to be done. Snacks and drinks are available if you're here for a while(mine up to +4hrs). Otherwise, you should be in and out quick. I do highly recommend Infusion for Health for your medical needs. Be it just a shot or as in my case, several hour long Infusion. Ciao!“

“The staff here is incredibly cool. I interact with Ana and Dr Manny the most and they are both kind and professional. Everything is explained in great detail and they answer any questions that you have, plus they are super flexible when you have time constraints that needs to be resolved while you're part of a study.

I've been coming for several weeks already and I have never had a poor experience. Some of the other reviews on here talk about not being able to take part of the trials but that's how it goes with research. You're not always going to be accepted even if you pre-screen because things come up during your interview that might disqualify you and that doesn't justify a one-star review.

Oh, and they have good snacks. Always a plus in my book.“
