Except when many appointments are made so closed to each other, sometimes appointments are scheduled at the same time for different patients and the wait is 1 hour for us to see the doctor with appointment. Everything is explained in great detail and they answer any questions that you have, plus they are super flexible when you have time constraints that needs to be resolved while you're part of a study.

I've been coming for several weeks already and I have never had a poor experience. Some of the other reviews on here talk about not being able to take part of the trials but that's how it goes with research. You're not always going to be accepted even if you pre-screen because things come up during your interview that might disqualify you and that doesn't justify a one-star review.

Oh, and they have good snacks. Always a plus in my book.“
