I don’t know why this place has such a low rating, the receptionist and nurse practitioner were nothing but kind and caring during my appointment. They even took me 10 minutes early.
its pretty cool that kaiser has clinics inside of target and its super convenient as they are usually available for same-day appointments. the nurse that gave me my vaccines today was really sweet & helpful as well.

I was seen here today because my right ear has been bothering me for over a week. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, although I am not a current Kaiser patient, they took my Blue Shield insurance and the whole process was a breeze. The best part was that the NP on duty, Jeanette Jiminez-Grillo and the other nurse were so kind, friendly, and efficient. They quickly identified the problem and solved the issue in under 5 minutes. I feel so much relief and am very grateful for their care today. I will definitely trust this team with other health care issues I have in the future. I especially love the convenience of the location - inside Target located right next to the Target Optical department and Pharmacy inside Target Encinitas.
