“We had the pleasure of meeting Dan while on vacation. My husband saw his work truck and having a bad knee, he spoke to Dan about orthotics. Thank God he did! We were both fitted for orthotics and life has not been the same. We both feel taller and it is true when he says your entire body will properly align. I've had lower back pain and a strained Achilles' tendon for years. Like magic, I immediately felt the pain ease away. I was able to rise from a low sitting position without a struggle. Yes, they take some time to get used to, but every day is better! I was wearing the orthotics when I tripped on a rug at a restaurant last night. I swear they helped me from falling on my face! My husband no longer is wearing his knee brace. It's like a miracle! Dan is also a very cool guy and a great person. We found our orthotics angel in Carlsbad and we are so thankful to him for literally changing our daily lives. Thanks, Dan!“

“Dr. Stewart Wilkey and NP Janessa Romero and their office staff are a great team. I have seen both Dr Wilkey and NP Romero and both are good listeners, proactive, caring and professional. Key to their success are their amazing office staff -'always friendly and great with follow up. This is huge - I will email NP Romero and same day get a call from office staff with instructions. Referrals are sent quickly, meds are ordered right after my visit. On top of that, I got a quick return call from Dr Wilkey on a Sunday when I mistook a medication I was unfamiliar with and he called to reassure me I was going to be okay. What a great team!“
“I have been going to Seaside Medical Group for a little less than a year now, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The first thing you notice is how friendly and competent the receptionist is (Christina) and the rest of the staff is always ready to help in a positive way. Then we get to Dr Lizotte, who quite frankly gives the most caring, knowledgeable, and accessible service you will ever get from any Dr -ANYWHERE!! He will talk to you in a way that makes you feel like he is a friend on your level. He will go to any length to make sure he can help you in the most beneficial way, and truly cares ! One last thing you should know is I did not get paid to say any of this.lol“

“The provider/doctor was definitely knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly and kind. He assisted me quickly and truly helped. I did not give 5 stars because although the experience with reception was alright, it could have been better. It seemed like the receptionist was annoyed by the fact that I couldn’t hear well (ear infection) and therefore couldn’t speak up as much as I thought I was. I was already in a lot of pain which made the receptionists reactions to my lack of hearing/speaking up more uncomfortable. Lastly, as an out-of-pocket paying patient, I would expect someone at the urgent care to know more about even simple things such as whether insurance covers prescriptions prescribed by doctors at urgent care centers when you’re an out-of-pocket patient. Sadly, no one knew that information.“

“I was seen here today because my right ear has been bothering me for over a week. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, although I am not a current Kaiser patient, they took my Blue Shield insurance and the whole process was a breeze. The best part was that the NP on duty, Jeanette Jiminez-Grillo and the other nurse were so kind, friendly, and efficient. They quickly identified the problem and solved the issue in under 5 minutes. I feel so much relief and am very grateful for their care today. I will definitely trust this team with other health care issues I have in the future. Always friendly, informative and willing to listen to me.I had radiation and chemo during my cancer treatment and she always had ideas to help me be more comfortable during a very difficult time.Recently I had another cancer challenge as I was about to move out of the state. Dr. Singh found me a local surgeon, who explained what I needed and was able to recommend a new surgeon in Illinois to continue my treatment. So grateful for her immediate support.I feel Dr. Singh is not only a wonderful doctor but I consider her a friend.I will truly miss her.“

“Highly recommend this practice and feel fortunate to have access to this practice this past year and a half. Dr. Lumkong is stellar and everyone in the practice is capable, efficient and professional. I prefer to use their easy-to-navigate portal to book appointments and always receive email offers for earlier appointments, even if with another provider other than my primary. Same for prescription requests and orders for tests. Test results are often posted in my portal the same day, very impressive! Because of the seamlessness between the professional staff and their online system I never procrastinate about contacting to leave an inquiry or booking an appointment. The result is that I never hesitate to address health concerns.“
“Thought I had found a great clinic. Staff was nice for the first 2 visits. Then April 6th came and they refused to treat me unless I wore a face diaper. Sorry I cannot comply with your ridiculous demands.I was turned away from NH in San Marcos on April 6th. The staff lied, said the Doctor refused to see me. He called me later that day informing me of the Truth.The Doctor did not refuse to see me. Their Front Desk Staff are liars. This is now 2 appointments they have refused to see me on. 1st was a follow up to an ER stay. Now the 2nd is their refusal to treat me on April 6th.Dr Medway gets 5 stars. The staff of San Marcos get a 0.PS Medical Office lead sits in the back all day without a mask on. Then has the stones to say you are not welcome here for you doing the same. I would never employ such hypocritical liars.Update a week later no follow up to the phone consultation where I was advised by the Doctor his staff would schedule a appointment. No communication from the person who responded. And they have blocked me from their Facebook page.They deny treatment to patients. Have incompetent staff. And I am stuck with them until October.Dr Medway is Amazing, his staff not so much.Dr Medway 5 starsSan Marcos staff 4 starI am updating this again. The San Marcos staff has got back in my good graces. They have stopped with the ridiculous demands. And are proactively working with Dr Medway and Myself. “Dr Anwer Shaikh is excellent. Upon diagnosing my cancer he quickly set in motion the number of tests required for the next steps. He had his administrator call the imaging lab while I waited in the office and set that test up immediately without me having to make the call. He explained everything I was going to have to go through and he took his time doing it.“
