I had very big, very deep forehead wrinkles that I didn't think could be dealt with. I went for a consultation to Dr. Watson's office, to see what his thoughts were. The staff were incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. The office is beautiful, with serene, spa-like finishes everywhere. There are even plenty of before and after photos of REAL patients so you know what to expect! He gave me multiple options, and explained in detail what the Botox vs Dysport injections entailed. I recently got Botox here and it kicked in faster than anywhere else I've gotten it done! Dr. Watson and his team were friendly and patient with me while I asked a bunch of questions. The facility was clean and new too.

Cosmetic Med Solutions was a top notch experience from start to finish! The lobby is very warm and inviting upon arrival and the staff is super friendly! Dr. Watson and his assistant, Francesca did an amazing job on my lips! They were very knowledgeable and made the process super easy! I was very nervous about the pain, but they came in and numbed my lips about 20 minutes before and I didn't feel a thing. They made my lips look so much better and made sure they were symmetrical. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future! Highly highly recommend to anyone in the San Diego area!
