Thought I had found a great clinic. Staff was nice for the first 2 visits. Then April 6th came and they refused to treat me unless I wore a face diaper. Sorry I cannot comply with your ridiculous demands.I was turned away from NH in San Marcos on April 6th. The staff lied, said the Doctor refused to see me. He called me later that day informing me of the Truth.The Doctor did not refuse to see me. Their Front Desk Staff are liars. This is now 2 appointments they have refused to see me on. 1st was a follow up to an ER stay. Now the 2nd is their refusal to treat me on April 6th.Dr Medway gets 5 stars. I love this location. The Medical staff and Office staff have always been extremely friendly and very professional. If I see a Dr, PA, or NP other than my primary, it's never a hassle. I highly recommend this location!

This review is specifically for Dr.Medway mostly. He is the best doctor I have ever had so far (knock on wood). The ladies at the front and the nurses that saw me were also amazing. Dr.Medway LISTENS he is so down to refer you if you need it. He seems like he actually cares. I got blood work done and he scheduled a follow up call to go over it (when I normally have to decipher the results on my own) I’ve already told my roommate to go see him too. I’d send my family to him if they lived in state, and that says A LOT. I don’t know about any other doctors there but Dr. Medway is amazing
