This is in addition to my first review! I have never encountered anyone like Nicole and Michelle in this office. They went above and beyond what is required from them to help us explain to the Dr. what mix up LabCorp caused with my mom's test results; they have incredible personalities, extremely friendly, caring, and passionate about what they do. Special thanks and gratitude to NICOLE and MICHELLE."

My doctor Himani Singh is wonderful. She’s supportive, educated and caring. She was the one of the consistent positives during my cancer treatment. Always friendly, informative and willing to listen to me.I had radiation and chemo during my cancer treatment and she always had ideas to help me be more comfortable during a very difficult time.Recently I had another cancer challenge as I was about to move out of the state. Dr. Singh found me a local surgeon, who explained what I needed and was able to recommend a new surgeon in Illinois to continue my treatment. So grateful for her immediate support.I feel Dr. Singh is not only a wonderful doctor but I consider her a friend.I...read full review

Dr Singh was knowledgable and fine. Problem is with front office and billing. I made sure their office and doctors were on the contracted provider list for my insurance. They were. So I call and get an appt a month away but it was local can close to my house. When they get there they had verified my insurance and was not charged my deductible or coinsurance because I had met my out of pocket maximum by the time I seen them. I seen the doc again a few months later and they said I had a copay. I said impossible because I had already met my out of pocket max. Third visit comes around, they don't say anything because I thought insurance had paid by now. Now I am getting bills for 3 visits from their office saying it is my deductible. So I call my health insurance and was told even though the office is contracted the doctor may not be. What a crock. So these 3 visits are counting toward out out of network deductible, not the in network that we have already met! The office states that I signed a paper to be responsible blah, blah, blah. I told them after the first visit thew knew they were out of network. I asked why can't the doctor they assign us to be checked by billing to make sure they are even contracted. Seems they are too busy and basically the only thingthey check is if you have insurance. I bet the cash rate for these visits was more than half what the office is saying insurance told them I owe. Another tip: I am going to start asking every visit if the doctor remains contracted to avoid another surprise
