This is in addition to my first review! I have never encountered anyone like Nicole and Michelle in this office. They went above and beyond what is required from them to help us explain to the Dr. what mix up LabCorp caused with my mom's test results; they have incredible personalities, extremely friendly, caring, and passionate about what they do. Special thanks and gratitude to NICOLE and MICHELLE."

My doctor Himani Singh is wonderful. She’s supportive, educated and caring. She was the one of the consistent positives during my cancer treatment. Always friendly, informative and willing to listen to me.I had radiation and chemo during my cancer treatment and she always had ideas to help me be more comfortable during a very difficult time.Recently I had another cancer challenge as I was about to move out of the state. Dr. Singh found me a local surgeon, who explained what I needed and was able to recommend a new surgeon in Illinois to continue my treatment. So grateful for her immediate support.I feel Dr. Singh is not only a wonderful doctor but I consider her a friend.I...read full review

I had to have two iron infusions here due to the fact that I am severely anemic. Not only did they make the process quick, simple, and far less frightening than I'd imagined, the nurse who put in my IV was fantastic about letting me take pictures of the entire process, from needle insertion to flushing the vein to adding the piggybacked iron bag onto the saline solution already being delivered into my veins. I explained that my oldest son is currently just beginning his schooling to become a surgical technician, and things like that from a practical standpoint were much appreciated by him. She was a great sport about it, and I ended up with lots of great pictures as a result that I was able to share with my son. The procedure itself took a little under an hour total. I didn't have to wait long to be called back, and I went in one week for my first infusion, then the following week for my second. I can't say I really feel much of a difference in my energy level, but apparently I am one of very few people who have a reaction to the iron infusions. I had horrible flu like symptoms for about 24 hours after each of my procedures. Having some flu like symptoms was nothing though, because the majority of the patients I was back there with were doing chemotherapy and other far more invasive and lifesaving treatments. The staff brought them all food, and asked us all whether we were comfortable. The staff were all incredibly compassionate and professional at the clinic. The seats were full recliners, and there were plenty of magazines available for reading during your time waiting for your procedure to be over. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone - whether it be for something like iron infusions like what I received, or for something more serious, like chemotherapy. The entire atmosphere and staff's attitude really made the experience almost pleasant (or as pleasant as something like that can be!). If I end up needing more iron infusions next year, or if my blood levels come back requiring me to get another infusion to bring me to normal levels, I would certainly use this clinic again, and if you're looking for an oncology clinic that treats you with compassion and dignity, look no further!
