“I had very big, very deep forehead wrinkles that I didn't think could be dealt with. I went for a consultation to Dr. Watson's office, to see what his thoughts were. The staff were incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. The office is beautiful, with serene, spa-like finishes everywhere. There are even plenty of before and after photos of REAL patients so you know what to expect! He gave me multiple options, and explained in detail what the Botox vs Dysport injections entailed. There was absolutely no pressure, and he let me choose what I wanted based on what I thought was most important. I ended up choosing the Dysport injections, and WOW I am so glad I did. Within FOUR days my forehead was perfectly smooth. The best part though is that even though I keep getting compliments on my skin and lack of wrinkles, nobody knows or suspects that I've had anything done! Finally, I was worried about pain as I don't like needles, but he is so smooth and confident, and he uses a distracting device so I didn't feel a THING! I recommend this place to anyone looking for anything from Botox, filler, laser treatments, or belly-fat busting treatments. I'll definitely be going back for all of my cosmetic needs.“

“I love going to Neighborhood Healthcare, my experiences are always positive. I feel the only set back is the wait time. The provider runs behind at times which I understand but I would like it to be on time. I do appreciate the girls in the front letting me know she is running behind.

Ayari at the front desk is amazing, friendly and caring. She’s always so helpful, positive and welcoming. She helped fix an issue with my insurance right away and made the whole process easy. Grace the medical assistant, truly stands out. She is incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. From the moment she calls me back, she makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She takes her time, listens and shows genuine care. It never feels rushed. I’m always glad to see her and the other MA who helps Anayeli Soto. She is also a sweet girl who listens and makes me feel welcome. When I go to my visits I also get the other lovely girl I believe her name is Elizabeth from the name she puts on a card. They are both very great assistance and I’m happy with the pcp I am with.

My PCP Anayeli Soto, is amazing. She really listens and takes the time to understand my concerns. I never feel dismissed, she makes me feel heard, respected, and involved in my care. We’ve created a plan together to help me get back on track and I feel confident knowing I have a provider who truly cares about my health and well being. I have recommended her to some of my close friends as well.

Overall, I highly recommend this clinic. The care and compassion from the entire team keep me coming back! They should just work on being on time with appointments.“
