Vitals were taken in a timely manner, waited for the Doctor to see me. Dr. Rana introduced herself, she was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. “I absolutely love the building. The location is kinda far but makes for good alone time on the drive to and from. The staff is friendly and kind. Efficient as if they know you may have other things to do in the day, get you in and out before you realize it. No, never rushed just smooth. “I've been coming to Balanced Medical Solutions in Hayward for coming up on six years now. Over that time I've used various medications and peptides, and I feel amazing, but that's not what this review is about. Five stars isn't enough for a business that has mastered one of the hardest things to get right: hiring.

I've worked with Adrianna and Glorian countless times at this point, and both are not only super friendly and professional, they make me feel less like a customer and more like an honored guest. I'm greeted by name the moment I walk in. They always know exactly what medications I'm on and my dosages without me having to repeat myself, and when I have a question about a medication or dosage change, they explain it clearly and coordinate with the provider on the spot, so I get answers without a second trip or phone call. Injections and blood draws are quick and painless.

They also understand that I'm extremely busy, as a senior product manager at a large AI/software company who runs a business on the side, so they focus on getting me in and out as quickly as possible while jamming as much friendliness and excellent customer service as humanly possible into the short time I'm there. When work makes scheduling tricky, they're easy to reach and flexible. And it's not just me: everyone in that waiting room gets treated the same way.

And over six years and countless visits, the rare minor mistake has always been met with an eagerness to go way above and beyond to make things right. This is very clearly a customer-service-first business.

“Before working with Dr. Jenn, I felt like I was living in two completely different bodies each month. For about half the month, I was deep in brain fog, exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected.
