The check in was easy, the wait was minimal, and the nurse assistant was friendly and professional. Doctors are described as the absolute best, extremely thorough, caring, compassionate, and a huge asset. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and up to date. Patients felt listened to and that their health concerns were heard and addressed. The acupuncturist listened carefully and helped very much with treatments, being very attentive and skilled. However, some patients had to wait many months to even make an appointment.
