Hits different. Alex and the team are pure pros that know the art of moving minds and the science of pressurized oxygen. I came for the body benefits, I left with a mind expanding experience. The spacial design highlights the duality of their expertise. The lobby is warm and welcoming, then you are transported to a clean, totally dialed medical facility. Do it once, and you’ll do it again.
This was an amazing experience! My friend brought me on a random weekday and I did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The whole experience was great from the start, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and the lobby space was calming. They explained the process and set my expectations for the dive. No technology is allowed inside the tank so the 90 min dive was a great opportunity to disconnect from my phone (even tho there was a small netflix tv inside). I meditated and read a book and the time passed surprisingly quick. My sleep for the next several days was amazing. I will definetly be going back, thank you Holistic Hyperbarics!!!
