I've been coming to Balanced Medical Solutions in Hayward for coming up on six years now. Over that time I've used various medications and peptides, and I feel amazing, but that's not what this review is about. Five stars isn't enough for a business that has mastered one of the hardest things to get right: hiring.

I’ve had a great experience with BMS thus far. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me. The staff took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel rushed.
