“I have had, and continue to have, an amazing experience at HH. My introduction to hyperbaric treatment came about after a procedure to treat about a year's worth of chronic back pain. Alex and crew have taken what could be a mundane intervention and transformed it into a spa-like experience. I LOVE coming here! The dive itself is relaxing and afterward, you transition to the decompression space with plush zero-gravity chairs, warm face towels, and fruit-infused water. I opt for red-light therapy after my dive, and this too, is elevated with cold towels and more of that fruit-infused water. In short, Alex has created a very beautiful and zen healing space. I, and everyone around me, have noted a significant ramp-up in my recovery. I can honestly say that not only am I walking better, I am looking younger (wink), and getting the best sleep of my life. I couldn't recommend it enough!“

“I've been coming here for maybe 2 months or so on a weekly basis for IV Glutathione + Vitamin C push injections. The office environment is serene, yet the staff is very efficient. The service is top notch, from the receptionist/medical assistant to both doctors. They've been very helpful with any medical questions related to the injection. This has been the only thing so far, among many things I've tried, to feeling even marginally better with my Hashimoto Thyroid and fibromyalgia issues. Street parking is easy most of the time and I sometimes park in the residential areas. Hope to have another update as I start to feel better consistently.“

“I saw Dr. Ban after almost two weeks of debilitating pain. Before Dr. Ban it was urgent care and Dr. visits, all resulting in the offer of pain meds and time to feel better. After one visit to Dr. Ban I felt hope and at least 50% better. Within a week I felt like I could do basic tasks again and within a week more I had graduated to maintenance care with full movement again. I will continue to see Dr. Ban because I believe she has my best interests in mind. She shows integrity in her care and in the frequency she recommends. She listens to me and is excellent in finding the cause of pain. I went to see Dr. Ban originally out of necessity. Now I see her to maintain a level of personal care I was lacking and I look forward to continuing.“

“Efficient and excellent. Had a concerning lump on my forehead that I didn't want to have drag through Kaiser's system to get checked out. On the first consultation appointment, we decided to just pop it off then and there, and then send it off to be biopsied. Thankfully results came back as all clear, but wow! Was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Browne and her team are incredibly professional, and know what they're doing. Saved a ton of time and money compared to what Kaiser would have been to get the same result.“

“Sarah is lovely and has a beautiful energy. I came to Sarah specifically for manual lymphatic drainage for fluid build up after 9 cancer related surgeries and chemotherapy. “Firstly, check your attitude at the door; they don't pay the receptionist enough to deal with your personal BS - get your s*** together and come in correct. 2 of the last 3 times I was in the waiting room I had to listen to adult-children complaining about things that, ultimately, were their responsibility. Oh, and don't cuss, threaten or try any BS - they will not put up with it and you will find yourself without this clinic as an option. Very professional folks, clean and well-lit operation (somewhat of a rarity with places that take MediCal). Dr. Rosenfield is very good, caring professional who is sincere and honest. My only complaint, and hence the 4 stars, is that he has some difficulty with negative confrontation - it would have been nice to know that he doesn't deal with disability patients/claims months prior. So, as long as that isn't an issue, the service is top-notch and the people were very real and authentic.“

“If you ever find yourself 7 months into a high risk pregnancy and you all of the sudden have to get a new obgyn, go here. You might as well anyway, as no one else is gonna take your liability ass. The good news is that you'll be in great hands! I saw both Dr. Goldman and Dr. Marinoff for my prenatal and postnatal care, and I was very impressed by both of them. Both were very thorough, as well as supportive and patient. I'm needy and need these kinds of doctors. I never once felt rushed or pressured in anyway. Every question was answered and every wish was respected. The rest of the staff is fantastic as well - The office gals, the nurses involved in my postnatal care, and most of all, their in-house (I think in-house?) counselor. Unfortunately I got hit with the PPD monster and really need some sort of game plan to get through it. She has been wonderful and I truly would have been in a pretty bad place if it weren't for her knowledge and guidance. Finding a doctor this late in a high-risk pregnancy is no picnic, and after hitting wall after wall after wall in finding a doctor that could take me (Thanks Covered California! But not really), I truly thought I was going to have to spend the last trimester winging it. No joke. Thank you so much to everyone at East Bay Perinatal for taking good care of me! I think I may just get myself knocked up again just to see y'alls again. I'm totally kidding. I like you guys, but not enough to grow another parasite :-)“

Not to mention she can also give me an amazing brizilian blow out that stays in my hair for 3 months as well as my laser extensions. She can match any color I want and always stays connected with me almost daily until she gets exactly what I want. Unfortunately for my hair I have a process that I need to do color, brizilian blow out & then my laser extensions and Tiffany always makes sure I get it all in time!!!“

“This center is great! The staff was friendly with me and Dr Ketchum is a wonderful doctor, the last time I saw him was 2007 for a Workers Comp case. He was very attentive and gave me a prescription for Physical Therapy at this place up the block from his office. This PT group was fantastic! I was suffering with intense pain and with several months of PT with this group, I was doing great again. If you want to heal, I would recommend Dr Ketchum. He listens and is very attentive.“
