My family doc froze off a seborrheic keratosis that had been examined by a dermatologist. They explained everything and was very friendly as always . FYI, follow up with Kaiser if they don't get to the bottom of an issue. They'll refer you to an outside doctor if they can't figure it out but you must ask after seeing Kaiser specialists. It's part of their long process. The process could take months so be prepared, polite and persistent but not rude
My experience with Dr. Pierce was great. I appreciate that she is always thorough, explains my treatment plan with me and that she is direct. She is also very kind and understanding when approaching my concerns.
I thank the Doctor for calling me back and granting me a quick appointment to see me within a few minutes of my sending picture of my non emergency head injury I sustained whist at Pickle Ball on Wednesday. That kind of service is exemplary. Thank you Dr.Fu.
