I experienced very friendly, welcoming and speedy service, starting with the security guard to the reception person, to the doctor's medical assistant, to the doctor herself, to the staff in pharmacy. The doctor answered all of my questions and thoroughly reviewed my chart without rushing and making me feel like a number. I love the professionalism and humanity every time I go to Kaiser Permanente in Berkeley.
Dr. Fort is absolutely amazing! She is thorough, fantastic with kids and has solutions for every question or issue we come in with. It’s palpable how much she cares about her patients.
