I love this virtual yoga class! Mindy is an exceptional teacher, giving detailed instructions throughout each session. Her methods brought me a deep awareness of my body and have resulted in rapid improvements in my posture, balance, flexibility and strength. These classes go far beyond yoga and provide deep somatic techniques that lead to long-lasting change.

I have taken dance and exercise classes with Mindy in person and virtually and have enjoyed her expertise and attention to detail. She is a ballerina and dance teacher with detailed knowledge of how the body works, which is what her classes are based on. She has stretch and footcare and other classes to maximize movement and flexibility while educating on the fundamentals of how the body functions and moves at peak performance.She is fun, lively, and patient. She teaches adult and youth ballet classes also. She has performed flamenco dance as well. The cost of her classes are reasonable and affordable.

Amazing teacher! Mindy truly cares for her students. We took classes with Mindy for a while and hope one day we can restart. The only reason why we had to stop was due to schedule conflicts. She really pays attention to your form and makes sure that she gives you her full attention. I have to say we have improved so much through Mindy and hope that we can restart in the near future. I highly recommend her private lessons because you will learn so much in such a short period of time.
