“I think overall the physical space it's self is a 4.5. Some instructors really don't que students enough so I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who hasn't done yoga before. During the end of the extreme precautions with covid this studio opened a second space attached to their main lobby area and it was THE BEST area to do yoga. It was hot enough, tall ceilings, bright natural lighting. They had the pads for your yoga towels so you aren't on the hard ground-- today I walked in and the door was filled with a wall :( Back in the smaller room, just wasn't the same for me... A touch I really love is they always give you chilled towels before your savasana at the end of class.“

“This wonderful yoga studio just celebrated 2 year anniversary with the awesome free facial and body massage treatments with their customers. I am a big of owner Eric, staff Kelsie, Cherri, and Cheryl. The classes range from power, hot, restore, candle and 1:1 sessions. The facility is very clean and I love the generous and thoughtful eucalyptus cold towel to wipe off the hot sweats after each class! Can't say enough about how much I appreciate the free parking as well. If you take a pic of license plate they will take care of parking on the bridge. Very good place!“

“Marlee helped me regulate my cycle to get pregnant naturally! No stone went unturned. Cupping, Accupuncture, Accupressure, Reiki, real deal Traditional Chinese Medicine herbs which I took home to drink every day to help encourage circulation to my hands and feet (which were often PURPLE before I started working with Marlee). Marlee's approach is a rare combination of scientific and intuitive. She's utterly professional while taking great care. Highly recommend.“

“I had a wonderful experience doing acupuncture with Iris. She gave me a while wellness assessment on my first visit with great suggestions for self care and a treatment plan, including how her office can help with acupuncture, massage, lymphatic drainage and abdominal massage. My first acupuncture session was excellent and she really listened to my many many issues and concerns before the treatment. I highly recommend her! The personal approach and whole-body attention is ideal for someone like me with stage 4 lung cancer and many associated ailments!!“

“I worked with Marna for my second pregnancy. Everyone said the second would come faster than the first but we were 10 days past our original due date and I'd been going in and out of labor contractions for almost 3 weeks. I was starting to have anxiety about induction and my doula recommended Marna. She came over to my house in the evening and it was so nice and relaxing. She finished at 9pm and my water broke (in a Hollywood-like display) at 3am. I was so grateful for help. My son was born at 7am!“

Her methods brought me a deep awareness of my body and have resulted in rapid improvements in my posture, balance, flexibility and strength. These classes go far beyond yoga and provide deep somatic techniques that lead to long-lasting change.“

“Ms Sara is the owner and a gem and so are all her dance teachers. My daughter has attended the dance studio on and off and was even part of the competition team, the dancers here were all kind and sweet to my daughter and you can feel the camaraderie of this studio . My daughters dance and technique improved tremendously under the supervision of Ms Sara and Ms Leslie. The teachers are highly skilled, the pricing is good and the dancers that come out of this studio are great. I highly recommend this dance studio“

“I've been doing yoga for 20 years and in the past 5 years haven't had time to make it to a studio consistently until now. I'm so stoked I found this place! The class was a great mixture of playfulness and authentic practice and just the right level for me. Will definitely be returning!“

“There were a lot of things happened in my life last month that I was so stressful and even felt depressed, so I decided to sign up for a Yoga class during the Spring break to restore myself. I found their website on Yelp and signed up for the $49 for 2 weeks package, and I went to different classes including Yoga, Reiki and Kundalini. All instructors there are wonderful and genuine people and I always felt I had been healed a little bit after each class. After the 2-week package ended, I felt much more better and alive! I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for connection and healing ?“

“Dora is an excellent teacher when it comes to anatomical body alignment. She does not focus on how much movement you can get in a short amout of time, but rather how can you listen to your body and move it in a way that is SPECIFIC to you. I absolutely love this community and the other teachers are great as well (Vanessa, Dewey, and others). The stuido is spacious and open which adds to the wonderful experience.“

“I love power yoga class taught by Shikha. She incorporates stretching, weights, HIIT and meditation in her yoga classes. It is deceptively hard. The instructor makes the class very fun and she encourages you to maintain positive attitude in life. I love taking different styles of classes with Shikha.Their kids classes are awesome too.“

“Finally, I find the thing! Okay, so I love group fitness classes, as I would rather die than roll around alone sweating on my living room carpet, therefore multiple pounds of Covid weight have been adorning my frame, and did I mention the baby that I had during lockdown? After the dust settled, I ventured out to Core Power Yoga, which mysteriously did nothing for my body after daily sessions for months (it could absolutely be my total lack of energy in a sauna, not blaming the place). I tried in vain to rejoin my old Zumba studios, which had closed, and I did do some Pop Physique, which I love, but was very aware of the lack of cardio and strength in my life...I walked past those stressful looking cross fit barn places with men lifting heavy things and grunting and knew in my soul that I needed it, but would never, ever, do it. Running from station to station crazily in a circuit is a step too far. Then I walked by SPENGA. I am now maybe twenty classes in, and it's time to review. I really, really love it! Basically, as everyone has said below, doing something for 20 minutes makes you give it your best shot. I don't like spinning for an hour, but I sure like 20 minutes of trying to hit the zones on the screen to music. It's in dim lights which is awesome, you can make crazy faces, and no one sees. Took me a minute to figure out that I should up the resistance on the bike to hit the mythical 'sweet spot' but I've figured that out now. I really like the strength part... you walk over to your own POD with all the stuff and you DO NOT HAVE TO walk wildly around a room, you just stand there, and there's an instructor AND videos to follow for each exercise. I am doing things I would never do, just through the shame of being watched! My arms are really toning up already. I'll have to try a bit harder for the mid section but that's on me. And I feel it coming. I can do a far bigger range of movement already...Then you go to the yoga mat. You do a reasonable flow for ten minutes and then some nice twists, and chavasana. It's an opportunity to work out any body kinks during that section, as no one is hassling you to follow along exactly if you find a body spot you want to keep stretching.I emerge feeling very exercised, but not exhausted, with at least an hour of active fitbit minutes, when power yoga sometimes gave me about 3. The facility itself is clean, sweet smelling, has free parking and everyone's really nice and welcoming. Yep, this one's a winner!“

“I had my first training session with Antonio and he is an excellent trainer! We talked in detail about my goals, prior injuries and things to avoid, nutrition, and the best workout routines for me. We then went to start my training and man, I had one of the best workouts I've ever had. He first assessed my range of motion, then did some stretches and exercises, all of which hit the 3 main body parts we had discussed. Antonio is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable (able to explain things in detail), and can definitely tell he loves what he does. I know I accomplished a lot with the session with him and I can feel it!!! Thank you Antonio!“
