“Oh my goodness! Where to start?! I absolutely love this place. Crossfit Blvd is now my second home as well as my family's. I have never in my 33 years of life been able to stick with a workout much less enjoy it! I came in a bit scared to be honest because I had never ever done anything similar but since day one with coach Yvette and her light, positivity, and encouragement I knew I could challenge myself to do it and be consistent. Three months later thanks to the coaches and the community I am going consistently at least 5 times a week and actually nailing Crossfit movements and getting healthier at the same time! I can hold myself on monkey bars, pick up my toddler or 50lbs dog food like nothing, if that's not proof I don't know what is! All the coaches Carlos, Rich, Katie, Meghan, Amanda, Mark, and Drew are so welcoming, encouraging and overall amazing human beings so thankful for them. Each and every class is an experience and overall amazing time. They also offer a kids class, which my kids absolutely love (9&10) they make it fun yet challenging and they can't wait to come back every Saturday. Who knew working out could be so much fun! Crossfit BLVD you have already changed my life in ways I never thought possible I am so grateful for this place and this community. I seriously cannot wait to see where I am a year from now and hopeful that this wonderful place will continue growing and impacting the life of more people like it did for me. “David, the owner and teacher, has more than 40 years career in teaching yoga. Lots of students follow with him are more than 5 years. The classes type is hot yoga basically with traditional Hatha yoga. You can join any classes, no level difference. $120 monthly, unlimited, as long as you have time to come. I think only nonprofit organization can do it like this. In here, we like a big yoga family. David creates a mutual training environment, senior students practice with junior one. We make jokes to each other and share some of our life matters during the class. This is why we are more like a big family, watching each others and caring each others. Most importantly, here, you always can hear laughing. Joyful is priceless, and I can find it from here.”

I saw the positive changes including increased energy within 2 weeks of training.<br><br>Chase S. has developed a workout plan in order to achieve my goal. Takes the time to show me how to properly work out and also keeps me accountable and motivated.<br><br>Having limited knowlege of fitness was the reason that for the first time in my life I signed up with a trainer and this move has proven to be the best investment I have ever made for myself!<br><br>Sadly the LA Fitness in Whittier will be closing mid May 2026 but Chase S. will be relocating to the LA Fitness in Montebello. “Bring your 💪🥤 towel and mat…get ready to sweat.<br><br>Our beloved hot yoga studio reinvented itself inside a very spacious fitness gym.<br><br>The yoga studio is all the way in the back wall…not going to miss it, the emblematic shoe rack is there (along with the lockers!!!! How Kayla and friends got them there?!?!).<br><br>The room is very well heates and you will 😅sweat. About 15-16 mat already laid on the floor strategically so you will keep friendly distance btwn neighbor. Hust put your mat right on top (love the cushioning).<br><br>The women’s locker is the amazing part. Spaceous locker with benchs and this is where the lockers reside. A nice vanity table with mirrow. TWO showers and a large toilet area.<br><br>What i will forever miss is the steam room. But I appreciate Kayla and friends’ resilience and dedication to continue this bath if bringing yoga to us.”
“Nice clean gym with longs of machines and free weights. I used to go to the la fitness in la verne but it closed down so now I go to this one in glendora and i love it. This gym is one of the nicer gyms that ive been to.”
