“Absolutely the best full body workout I’ve ever done in my life! Yes, it is challenging, but don’t let that discourage you. The instructors are wonderful, they support, guide , and encourage you through all the moves. They will make adjustments if you need it, and modifications. I’m literally addicted to the workouts now, and feel “off” if I don’t get them in. Heartcore truly is the best workout and commitment you can do for yourself and your body.
