“I have been a client of IMX for ~2 years and have been really happy with my experience. One of things that stands out to me is how much they value safety and form. The instructors are always checking if anyone has any injuries, are patient in making sure you feel comfortable, and have modifications at the ready if you need them. They will challenge you but will never push you past your limit and know you by name. This studio really creates an intimate atmosphere and you often see a lot of regulars unlike other studios that are a dime a dozen. You never feel judged here and I always recommend it to my friends who live in the area. Since I've joined, they started offering barre, mat, and TRX in addition to their reformer and bootcamp classes, so its nice to have the variety. It's definitely worth checking out!”
