This class is taught by enthusiastic instructors who provided modifications for each set before I was able to build enough strength to follow the course. I'm amazed that after each class, I felt stronger and stronger. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to add strength training to their fitness routine.

My instructor was Michelle and she did a great job at guiding me through the process of using the Megaformer as a first-timer. Loved that she balanced chiller exercises with harder challenges to push our class. The studio was also very clean. Would do again.

I am nearly at the end of my first trial month at Heartcore. It is an intense workout - I sweat and shake 1 minute in. But it’s fun, I hope/ think I’m getting stronger and the instructors have been great. My favorite is Toran - she says she’s ‘handsy’ which practically translates to her making the slightest adjustment to your posture which makes a huge difference to how much your abs hurt. The only thing I don’t get from Heartcore is the stretching from a Pilates reformer class - but they openly claim to not be Pilates. It’s worth it!
