Harriet is the best Pilates teacher I've ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable and precise. I leave each session feeling taller, calmer, stronger, and more connected to my body. Highly recommend!!!

Harriet is an insightful teacher who makes principles of Pilates easy to understand. I’ve become stronger through my lessons with her, and this inspires my practice at home. I’m always impressed by the way she can modify exercise to accommodate my abilities.

She is an amazing Pilates instructor. I have been working with her for the past six months. I feel stronger , healthier and so much better overall . I am grateful for her expertise and encouragement.
