I can’t tell you how thankful I am that our neighbors recommended Holly and her team at Sunrise! This small/locally owned business made a BIG impression on us as soon as they walked in. Eliel, our technician was extremely knowledgeable, helped me understand our issue and presented me with a solid path to FIXING my unit. This was a huge relief as I had been quoted 40k by a big corporate company not 10 min after he arrived at my house. While we all love to hear fix vs replace, I feel confident this economical solution will buy us time to prepare for the replacement that will be down the road. Sunrise installed an entire new HVAC system in our 1954 ranch house back in 2018 as part of a larger remodel. The team did a great job with the initial install. A handful of issues have come up over the last couple of years, mostly minor but recently our AC compressor went out. We have had great service fixing the issues under warranty. Holli has been great to work with and has always had at least one tech (usually two) out to our house ASAP to fix the issue to keep the house comfortable. A+

Jamal called to let me know he was going to be arriving soon. He walked the project with me to see where everything was located and then performed the service. He was thorough, careful and polite.
