Maxim was polite and professional. Did his diagnostics and didn't try to sell me something i didnt need .I told him I did a DIY Capacitor and determined it maybe a faulty contactor and had ordered a new one but had yet to install it. He found the cause, which was a short that blew the furnace fuse and damaged the contactor. I asked him to replace the contactor and the AC is back up and running. The Service fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend.
