Dr. Upshaw performed my exam and was also very friendly and explained everything he was doing, the results of my retinal scan, cataracts, and eye pressure. . He even showed the scan to me and explained everything about my eye health that the scan shows. He was very thorough and I appreciate that. Just happened to meet Dr. Kopiko and she was also very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get an appointment and they take my insurance coverage (VSP). Raquel helped me pick out frames that met my needs. Because my RX is strong it makes lenses heavier so I need smaller frames. It's not easy to find them these days, but she did. She was very helpful and patient. Everyone that works at front desk and everyone there is very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend them for all your eye care.”
