“The negative reviews above certainly don't reflect my experience with Dr. Joyce and his staff. I've been going to Dr. Joyce for over 10 years and have been extremely satisfied with the service and care I've gotten from him and his staff. I've never experienced unfriendliness or inattention. The selection of frames is extensive and if there's something they don't have, they'll order it for you to take a look at. My prescription has always been accurate and when it has changed, I have had virtually no adjustment period. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Joyce.“

Whether I have a lot to ask or I’m short on time, they adapt and make the visit easy and comfortable. I’ve been seeing them for over three years and can’t believe I’m only now leaving a review. Highly recommend.“

“Came in an hour before closing time. Met Dr. Lam herself and she was very welcoming. Dr. Lam helped us pick my son's new prescription glasses. Everything went smoothly. She showed how much she cares for her patients. Definitely will be back again for myself too.“

“We are visiting from out of town for the holidays and my daughter broke her frames. We really needed replacement glasses quickly and were so happy we went to this store. Gita was so kind!! The store happened to have the exact frames we broke in stock, and Gita just switched over the lenses - we were out in less than 15 mins, and she gave us a great price. “The reason is TOTALLY because of Debbie Hahn. She is knowledgeable in every single way. She listens, she is thorough when explaining in all I need to know. She is patient and the best optician my husband and I have ever been fortunate to work with. I had several different glasses (Computer Glass, Progressive Reading Glasses (2 styles) and a back up for each. Two different sunglasses - Progressive (and backups for each). She advised if a type of glasses I chose would not work and why. Each time I returned I asked specifically for her! So recommend to a friend? Absolutely! She is GREAT!“

“I've been going to Dr. Chia for at least 10 years. He and the staff always get my prescription right and the progressive glasses fitted perfectly. I skipped a year for a big box store brand and had the worst prescription and eyewear fitting experience. As long as Dr. Chia is in business I will be a faithful patient.“

I had came in ordered new frames because I broke my frames. When I came in get get new frames the lady could not get lens into frames so she ordered new frames and lens. I asked her make sure those lens are same prescription, which she said they were. Came in get new frames glasses. Wore them a week but could see distance. Came back in Noel help me. His good thinking, following detail with crying senior lady as I explained it. He got my old frames, thank goodness and with his expertise he pop out old lens no problem. Omg I can see again. He save the company money but very happy customer. THANK YOU Noel. Wish there was more than 5 star rating for Noel.“

“My eye doctor recommended Dr. Zhang to me for a corena procedure. It was a pleasure to be her patient. I found her to be warm, caring, and friendly. Dr. Zhang is also very attentive with her follow-up care. The staff is also top-notch. I would definitely recommend Dr. Zhang.“

“Dr. Respecio takes his time to explain the pros and cons of each option. He is not rushed and makes you feel valued. He tried a different way of correcting my vision and it really made me feel off. I let him know and he immediately returned the contacts and ordered new ones for me (probably at a loss for him). I was really grateful that he did this. Grace, the office manager, is really attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, it's a great office! Thanks for the wonderful vision care.“

“Both my daughter (age 5) and me enjoyed our visit. Dr Dong was knowledgeable and answered my questions, but most importantly, he was very patient and thorough with my daughter. She had a great time at her visit! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a kid friendly spot. We have a mediocre vision plan, and find it worth it to pay OON to see Dr Dong.“

“Hazel has the most experience with picking the BEST frame for your face! She saw me once a while ago, and was able to select a frame that fits me so well!! My parents and I have gone for years and I highly recommend hazel and the office!“

“Dr. Chan is excellent. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 has to do with the front staff. I was told that my insurance would cover part of the cost for a pair of sunglasses and I was quoted a price. The staff member then encouraged me to wait until my annual appointment to purchase them (so my benefit could be applied). However, when I got done with the appointment one month later and was ready to purchase the glasses, another staff member said I had to pay full price. When I explained this to the staff member who had originally quoted me the price (she had even encouraged me to put the glasses on hold), she said she "did not remember" ever quoting me the discounted price. I should have asked for the quote in writing. I will be doing this from now on and I would definitely advise others to do the same. I would hope that the front staff is more clear in the future. Furthermore, I would hope that they don't "forget" details promised.“
