This is the worst hospital ever. I brought my wife here because she had trouble urinating. And before they could run test on her the stupid nurse says. "I can't take you in unless I get a pee sample" even after me and my wife told her she literally can't PEE that's why we are here! And the nurse looked at us as if we were the dumb ones saying "I still can't take you in unless you pee in that cup" like are you serious!? People don't come here for emergency the people here are idiots

The one time I did not check yelp. I had been to this center many years ago and it was fine. Recently, I purchased some really nice frames and lenses. The Rx was way off so I followed through with a return to the department- then had to email the ophthalmologist (who is excellent), on my own. I was given some unclear and confusing instructions to follow up with the doctor. He was not informed of the issues until I told him. I decided to cancel and requested a refund and am still waiting. Several staff have left me mixed messages since. Just spoke with the manager..nothing had been done. I returned the frames to them on last visit and they cannot locate them.
