“First I am grateful for replacing the 30 feet broken sewer line promptly and professionally. I am very happy with Advanced Trenchless company.
I had two sewer companies came out and I was charged $250 from each company for using the camera to locate the breakage. I needed three estimates so Advance Trenchless was the third company I called. Nick came the next day with camera and did the estimate without charge. Wow, that was good. I finally hired Advanced Trenchless to replace the broken sewer. Nick explained the process clearly and it took only one day. I liked the 20 years warranty and the job would be inspected by contra costa county.
I am truly happy and thank you Nick and a four man crew from Advanced Trenchless. I highly recommend this advanced Trenchless company.

“I discovered Our water heater was leaking all over the garage floor…what to do? I searched for a plumber and found Water Heaters Express and called at 3:40 pm on a Thursday. Rob answered and was here in about an hour. Had the new water heater installed with new gas lines, water valve, bracing, etc within 3 hours of calling. Wasn’t cheap but nothing is anymore since 2020!“

“This is a review based on my experience with John in 2023. John came on a short notice to repair our leaky kitchen drain connection. The metal pipe fitting in the wall was old but serviceable. The metal nipple screwed into it however was rusted and crumbly. John made a repair assessment that was cost effective and yet of dependable durability. He was meticulous with the main repair job and reworked surrounding disposer pipe connections that needed some attention. His fee was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.“

“HMS plumbing saved the day! My water heater not only went out Monday, but was leaking all in the garage. I had googled plumbers and was scheduled for next day estimates. I called Harry (referred to by my sister) and he was at my house within the hour. He gave his estimate and was here the next day hours before he originally said. He added copper piping, a relief valve that actually worked, new lines, a tray, pvc piping, etc. He told me step by step of everything he did, how to work the ignition, showed how he positioned the valve handles to be reachable. He had the new heater delivered to the house and took the old one away. I am beyond satisfied with his work, his demeanor, and his honesty.“

“Friday, 12/27/24. Called Echo around 3pm. 5 mins later Echo followed up with Chris who gave the quote for $250. Chris showed up 3:20pm with his buddy, snaked the sewer line, pulled out roots, water flowed again, gave his suggestions for future preventions and what they can do, gave them their fee of $250, and said good bye around 4:10pm. Chris and his buddy did a great job and responded quick. Will reach out to them again for future repairs.“

“This is my second review for Standard Plumbing, six years after the first one. In 2017 we bought ALL our bathroom and kitchen plumbing supplies, faucets, shower, shower pan, etc from Standard Plumbing. They have been very helpful. Over the years we have enjoyed the newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Six years later, one of the Grohe faucets started to have a very low water flow due to deposits.I went to the store to ask for assistance in buy a replacement part. One of the gentlemen working there, Johnny, has been very helpful. As soon as I provided him with copies of my 2017 purchases, he was able to track down the replacement part, reached out to Grohe and asked them to send us three replacement aerators for the three Grohe faucets. Not only did they send them, but the shipment was free of any charges, since the Grohe faucets have a true lifetime warranty.I really appreciate Johnny's help, so I thought that a nice note on Yelp would show potential customers that they will be in good hands with the Standard Plumbing team in Concord.We will certainly continue to use their services for any of our plumbing supplies needs.Thank you for your help and support, Johnny.“
